The biggest known cave in the world is hidden in a jungle in Vietnam, but a team of cavers with the help of a local farmer are exploring its depths.
Wind gusts tip the cave hunters off to the location of the Hang Son Doong’s cavernous maw. Howard and Deb Limbert, a husband and wife caving team, began exploring the cave in 2009 and soon found places where the roof formed skylights allowing parts of the jungle to move in and call the cave home.
